Reasons to Impeach: How Many Does US Congress Need?

Posted on 8:01 PM by Unknown

  • Judge Rules on ICE Agent Lawsuit and John Morton Called to Resign
Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) has called for ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] Director, John Morton, to resign, stating that there can be no immigration reform as long as he is in charge. In 2010, 7000 ICE agents stepped forward and cast a vote of “No Confidence” in John Morton. In September of 2012, 75,000 ICE agents signed a petition protesting the Obama administration’s policy of prosecutorial discretion – if you are in US illegally, you can stay if you meet Obama’s Presidential Priority requirements and you will be released back into the community of legal citizens. Ten agents sued in October 2012 and on January 30th, 2013, a judge ruled the agents have standing to continue with their suit to overturn the Morton Memo on prosecutorial discretion and the DREAM directive on deferred action. Senator Sessions stated: What purpose is served to pass new laws if the ones we have are ignored by the officials charged with enforcing them. Not enforcing laws is against Article II of the US Constitution, the prescribed duties of the President of the United States and executive branch officers. Here are two quotes what agents had to experience daily: (1) The lack of technical expertise and field experience has resulted in a priority of providing bingo nights, dance lessons, and hanging plant to criminals, instead of addressing safe and responsible detention reforms …; (2) Unlike any other agency in the nation, ICE officers will be prevented from searching detainees housed in ICE facilities allowing weapons, drugs and other contraband into detention centers putting detainees, ICE officers and contract guards at risk. Our government is broken. It has been so for more than three decades; however, BH Obama (and friends) has accelerated the economic, social, and constitutional demise of our nation. According to an Inspector General’s report, there are 850,000 individuals as deportable and believed to be in the United States. They are now lost in the system. Some are working for TSA and in other sensitive areas, receiving food stamps, housing, education grants, drivers licenses and some are undoubtedly voting. It might be noted that Alejandro Mayorkas is a leader behind the operation of fraudulent ID for illegal aliens – the same man that Bill Clinton pardoned on a convicted major drug trafficking charge – after Senator Hillary Clinton received $200,000 from the drug trafficker’s father, also suspected of drug trafficking. Barack Obama appointed this man to the ICE in 2009 and was confirmed by the US Senate! Mayorkas is believed to be working with US Attorney General Eric Holder. Tell me again how association does not implicate someone.
  • Pro-Firearm Reforms Advance in Wyoming [Casper Star Tribune-WND] … A bill that would allow firearms in elementary schools and secondary schools, colleges and universities and sporting events on government-owned property passed the first vote in the Wyoming House … Retired school principal Rep. Jerry Paxton, R-Encampment, said the bill needs to be altered to allow school administrators to have input on who is carrying in the building. … House Bill 105 was amended Wednesday to allow both concealed and open carry in schools as long as people have state-issued concealed carry permits. As originally written, it only allowed concealed carry. … The House passed House Bill 216 on first reading, which would allow judges to decide who can have a deadly weapon in a courtroom. … The House gave initial approval to a bill that would make it a felony to enforce stricter federal gun regulations created after last month’s elementary school shootings in Newton, Conn … House Bill 104 would prohibit public servants from enforcing any federal law or presidential executive order that limits the size of magazines and firearms or ban semiautomatic weapons – measures President Barack Obama called for after the Connecticut shootings.
Colorado is another state who refuses to accept Obama and congressional legislation that is against the Second Amendment.
Meanwhile, the Obama/Feinstein legislative assault on defensive weapons was formally introduced into the Senate this week.
As Mark Alexander wrote at Patriot Post: … But the gun confiscators have no intention of relinquishing momentum they shamefully constructed on the caskets of children -- using a genuine tragedy as fuel for an emotionally driven campaign to advance a politically disingenuous gun-control agenda. Feinstein reiterated that her objective is to remove all guns from circulation. "Will it only be 'assault weapons'? No, most likely there will be a package put together." To win the legislative battle, they are using a two-edged approach. First, obfuscation. They endeavor to "really brainwash people into thinking about guns in a vastly different way," as Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder said. They are redefining the Second Amendment as being codified to protect "the traditions of hunting and sport shooting," in order to divert attention from the real reason our Founders codified the right to keep and bear arms: To support and defend our Constitution, and the Liberty it enshrines, as the last defense against statist politicos and tyrants. Second, vilification. They are framing the contest as one between the evil NRA and the noble objective of "keeping our children safe." "The NRA is venal," Feinstein proclaimed. "The NRA has become an institution of gun manufacturers." Her House lap dog, Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), was even more vicious, smearing the NRA and its members as "enablers of mass murder." Obama, the master of obfuscation, argued this week that it's difficult to amend the Second Amendment by executive order or legislative action because of our hunting traditions. "If you grew up and your dad gave you a hunting rifle when you were 10, and you went out and spent the day with him and your uncles, and that became part of your family's traditions, you can see why you'd be pretty protective of that." … Some Americans think Obama and his NeoCom cadres are intent on "fundamentally transforming the United States of America" into a nation under authoritarian government with oppressive and dictatorial powers. Who could imagine that Obama wants to subordinate Rule of Law to the rule of men? Where would they find an idea like that, and the strange notion that the Second Amendment is all about defending against such transformations? … Even the Communist Party USA, which issued a strong statement in support of Obama/Feinstein, concurred with Obama: "There is no basis for claiming the Second Amendment was intended to permit unregulated personal acquisition of firearms ... for 'protection,' including 'protection from the government.'"
What is it about these guys from the "Land of Lincoln"?
Indeed.

Its High Noon: We The People vs Obama

Posted on 7:33 AM by Unknown
By Lloyd Marcus, Proud Unhyphenated American
Chairman, Conservative Campaign Committee

Dear Brother and Sister patriots,

With so many folks seeming to water down their full-bodied Conservative values into Liberal-Lite - sadly seeking to get along with Obama and win over his low-info-voters, I feel a little like Gary Cooper in the movie western, "High Noon".

As sheriff, Cooper unsuccessfully sought help to tackle bad guys scheduled to arrive on the noon train. While cowardly town folks peaked from behind drawn curtains, Cooper stood and confronted evil alone.

Cooper had no one. Thank God, I have you guys...We The People.

As Chairman of the Conservative Campaign Committee, I am proud to announce the release of our first national TV ad pushing back against Obama's socialist agenda and imperialistic modus operandi.

Please watch our ad, share it and make it go viral! You can also help us get it seen on TV sets across America by making a donation to our TV ad campaign.

God bless.

“All My Babies' Mamas” Reveals Liberals' Opinion of Blacks

Posted on 3:12 PM by Unknown
By Lloyd Marcus, Proud Unhyphenated American
Chairman, Conservative Campaign Committee

As a teen in the 1960s, I idolized Jim, my slightly older street smart cousin who lived in a tough area of Baltimore. Murders were common at the bar on the corner from his home. I was Jim's nerdy naïve preacher's kid cousin who visited from suburbia. Sleepovers at Jim's home in the city were exciting. “Downtown, where all the lights are bright...” You know the song.

Walking from the Yakamee joint, “Casanova” Jim coached, “Just say you love them”. While I wanted my experience to go beyond the stimulation of excessively close slow dancing to Marvin Gaye songs at unchaperoned dark basement parties, lying to a girl to have my way with her did not set well. Doggone home training! I was nagged by the truth that it is wrong to use someone solely for my pleasure, not caring about how it affected her.

“Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6) In college, I tried to muzzle my conscience with drugs and alcohol. Fortunately, I did not produce any children out of wedlock.

Tom, another cousin of mine, had babies all over town which destroyed his life. He was incarcerated numerous times for non payment of child support. In those days, serial impregnaters were considered dishonorable men.

Today in 2013, the liberal Oxygen channel planned to celebrate dishonorable behavior as representative of the “hip” modern black experience with a new reality show titled, “All My Babies' Mamas”. Canceled due to public outcry, the star of the show was a rapper whose serial sperm donating produced eleven babies by ten women.

“All My Babies' Mamas” is characteristic of liberals' typical bigotry of lowered expectations regarding minorities. Liberals accuse black conservatives who reject liberal racist stereotypes of being traitors to their race, trying to be white and “sellouts”.

Long suffering courageous black conservatives offer blacks “real” empowerment; liberation from crippling victim-hood and entitlement mindsets. Due to liberals' resentment/hatred for America and traditional values, they are repulsed when black conservatives encourage blacks to get an education, work hard, revive traditional black community morality and go for their dreams.

In the 1950s, most black kids grew up in two parent households. Today Only half of black males graduate high school.  Clearly, something is wrong in the black community and it “ain't” the white man's fault.

For decades, liberals (Democrats, Hollywood and the media) have been and continue serving blacks excrement while calling it filet mignon. For example: In the name of compassion, liberals routinely demean and even undermine the intellect and character of blacks. Liberals insist standards must be lowered for blacks to get the job or pass the test. Americans are required to show a photo-ID to board an airplane, cash a check and countless other situations. And yet, liberals say showing a photo-ID to vote is racist and disenfranchises blacks.

Will someone please tell me what the heck is so challenging about us blacks finding our way to acquire a photo-ID? By the way, I am black and I have one – a photo-ID. I guess liberals think I am remarkable; similar to the apes in “Planet of The Apes” discovering that Charlton Heston, a human, could speak.

Any suggestion of blacks performing on an equal playing field with whites or blacks assuming personal responsibility for their lives and behavior is deemed racist by liberals.

I suspect Oxygen was shocked by the public outcry against, “All My Babies' Mamas”. Liberals think: What's up with that? Oxygen is cool showing that they “be” down with the hood and in-tune with authentic blackness in America. Oxygen probably considers “All My Babies' Mamas” to be the modern urban version of “Ozzie and Harriet”. Okay, so the show promotes lax-ed morals and husband-less households which breed crime, school dropouts, gangs and poverty. Only out-of-touch fuddy duddy Uncle Tom black Conservatives and racist white Conservatives would find the show objectionable.

Liberals (Democrats and the media) have been peddling crap and pimping government programs that cripple blacks for years. And yet, liberals are thought of as heroes to blacks while they beat up on black conservatives for spreading the truth that blacks are diverse, self-reliant, bright and capable of much more.

By the way, political consultants say to win elections, Republicans/Conservatives must get with the program. They say we must embrace the new “amoral” culture and liberal thinking that produces shows like, “All My Babies' Mamas”. I say, “Balderdash!”

How Obama Won Re-election

Posted on 1:06 PM by Unknown
Many were surprised that BH Obama won his second term. Some honest media personnel saw there was a problem; yet mainstream media even when a whistle-blower in Florida (Allen West campaign) went public with information of voting fraud – nothing happened. Here is a special report video from Project Veritas where they found that people that should not be voting have been doing so since at least 2008. You will be amazed – and should be OUTRAGED!

2nd American Revolution: "Bloodless Liberty"

Posted on 11:42 AM by Unknown
Alex Jones has been angrily speaking out about transgressions of the federal government. He and all Americans who believe in the Constitution and its amendments as being the document that controls government. Executive branch has consistently ignored laws and has not enforced laws the legislature passed and the executive branch (president) signed; when according to the Constitution that is his duty.
Watch the following video produced by InfoWars – a compelling presentation by a constitutional expert. It is a way you and I can continue our education and knowledge about constitutional law and demand that politicians in the federal government obey constitutional law, of which very few actually understand it. If they did they would not have in the past five decades passed laws that counter constitutional law.

I like the point made that We the People are the military, for defense of enemies, foreign and domestic. Switzerland has such a militia where all citizens of sound mind and body undergo military training and then take their equipment, including issued firearms, to be ready to be called into service if an emergency rises. His name is David Zuniga, author of The Bloodless Libertyand guest in the following video:

The Lesson in the Betrayal of Sarah Palin

Posted on 9:42 AM by Unknown
By Lloyd Marcus, Proud Unhyphenated American
Chairman, Conservative Campaign Committee

Rush Limbaugh on his radio show discussed an article which stated that there is no respected voice in the national arena articulating Conservatism. Such an advocate for Conservatism is crucial to reversing the direction of America as Obama drives us toward socialism while low-info voters gleefully sing Kumbaya in the backseat.

Well excuse me for pointing out the obvious, but we had an extraordinary advocate for Conservatism and look what happened to her. Judas on our side betrayed her – sold her reputation for 30 seconds of fame and favor with the media.

Even now, folks on our side are still beating up on Sarah Palin saying – Palin has lost her appeal – Palin is unelectable – Palin wasn't smart enough – Palin wasn't prepared and etc. So, this is how we treat our heroes.

Many Democrat Party politicians/advocates are immoral, liars and cheats. And yet, they are treated like super-stars by the media. Democrats have the backs of their associates, no matter what. For example: Democrats never rebuked Clinton for receiving oral sex from an intern in the Oval Office. They simply launched a campaign claiming that any man in Clinton’s position would have reacted like him. Think about that folks, Democrats and the media lowered the standard of national leadership behavior to cover their guy.

We Conservatives act as if our representatives must be the reincarnation of Jesus Christ – perfect in every way. At a Conservative's slightest misstep, Republicans/Conservatives trip over one another backing away from the individual in an effort to get out of the media and Democrat's line of fire.

Clearly, advocates of Conservatism are expected to walk on water by both political parties.

Word on the political street is we need a respected advocate for Conservatism to reach low-info voters. While I do believe a new voice will emerge, I wonder who could be better than Sarah Palin? Will we betray our new Conservative hero?

Inevitably, Palin's humanity was revealed; she was not perfect. But still, Palin is extraordinary and will be a tough act to follow.

Allow me to recap. Immediately following her amazing VP nomination acceptance speech, the media/the left went crazy consumed with hatred and a desperate desire to destroy her. Why? Palin was a beautiful, smart, articulate and strong woman who boldly touted traditional values and a love for God, family and country – all of which are anathemas to the left.

No tactic was too low to discredit Palin. Thus, the left even attacked Trig, Palin's Down Syndrome child.

Women in my family parroted the media talking point that Palin was bad for women. I thought, “You idiots, Palin is the epitome of everything the left/Democrats claim to desire for women – successful inside and outside of the home.”

While governor of Alaska, the left tried to drown Palin in lawsuits. Palin resigned to save her state from the cost and aggravation. The left's mantra was Palin is a quit-er and republicans/conservatives joined their chorus.

Another thing the left successfully did to discredit Palin was to brand her “stupid”. Who among us could survive every word out of our mouth being judged from a point of view that you are stupid? Meanwhile, Obama ran around saying America has 57 states and the media completely ignored this faux pas, along with several others by Obama.

Despite relentless attacks by hostel interviewers, in every TV interview, Palin always stood strong, boldly touting Conservatism. Man, you got to love this remarkable woman.

Also, completely ignored is Palin's tremendous charisma which I witnessed first hand on numerous occasions. We launched one of our Tea Party Express national bus tours in Searchlight Nevada - a huge dust bowl. Palin was our keynote speaker. Twenty-five thousand patriots attended with many camping out the night before to reserve their spot. Through the windows of our Tea Party Express bus as we arrived, I watched seniors who parked a mile away using walkers to make their way to the event.

The admiration for Palin felt a little like the scene in the Bible in which a woman said if I can just touch the hem of His garment, I will be made whole. In all of my 400 tea parties and 9 tours across America, no one, I repeat, no one affected audiences like Sarah Palin.

When this new conservative voice emerges on the scene, will we stand behind our hero no matter what, barring something immoral or criminal? Or, will we expect our guy or gal to be the second coming of Jesus. Have we learned something from the Republican/Conservative betrayal of Palin and their passivity and culpability in the media's viscous vile destruction of her image?

Sarah Palin, on behalf of We The People, I wish to thank you for your profile in courage, trumpeting Conservatism (God, family and country).

Martin Luther King Day: He Had a Dream

Posted on 9:57 AM by Unknown

Today is Martin Luther King Day, set aside for the man who spearheaded the Civil Rights movement, trying to make change through peaceful means, for violence only breeds violence. He was the founder of a revolution, but it was of words and pen and example that won the day, not ammunition and weapons. It coincides with the inauguration of the second term of Barack Hussein Obama, the first African American President of the United States. That is where comparison of achievement ends. BH Obama could not hold a candle to Dr. King.
As Frice at Human Events wrote in 2006, wrote of the Republican Party and civil rights:
... From its founding in 1854 as the anti-slavery party until today, the Republican Party has championed freedom and civil rights for blacks. And as one pundit so succinctly stated, the Democrat Party is as it always has been, the party of the four S’s: slavery, secession, segregation and now socialism. It was the Democrats who fought to keep blacks in slavery and passed the discriminatory Black Codes and Jim Crow laws. The Democrats started the Ku Klux Klan to lynch and terrorize blacks.
The Democrats fought to prevent the passage of every civil rights law beginning with the civil rights laws of the 1860s, and continuing with the civil rights laws of the 1950s and 1960s. During the civil rights era of the 1960s, Dr. King was fighting the Democrats who stood in the school house doors, turned skin-burning fire hoses on blacks and let loose vicious dogs. It was Republican President Dwight Eisenhower who pushed to pass the Civil Rights Act of 1957 and sent troops to Arkansas to desegregate schools. …
Democrat President John F. Kennedy is lauded as a proponent of civil rights. However, Kennedy voted against the 1957 Civil Rights Act while he was a senator, as did Democrat Sen. Al Gore Sr. And after he became President, Kennedy was opposed to the 1963 March on Washington by Dr. King that was organized by A. Phillip Randolph, who was a black Republican. President Kennedy, through his brother Atty. Gen. Robert Kennedy, had Dr. King wiretapped and investigated by the FBI on suspicion of being a Communist in order to undermine Dr. King. In March of 1968, while referring to Dr. King’s leaving Memphis, Tenn., after riots broke out where a teenager was killed, Democrat Sen. Robert Byrd (W.Va.), a former member of the Ku Klux Klan, called Dr. King a “trouble-maker” who starts trouble, but runs like a coward after trouble is ignited. A few weeks later, Dr. King returned to Memphis and was assassinated on April 4, 1968.
Not enough black Americans recognize this fact, even today. If so, they would have seen through Barack Hussein Obama’s facade when he was a US Senator from Illinois (ironically called the Land of Lincoln) and not voted for him in 2008 and especially see him “serve” a second term.
With Martin Luther King, there was no facade  He was earnest and sincere, and sought understanding between ethnic groups, dreamed of a unification of America. BH Obama has not unified America, it has divided it, in the political tactic that was established in ancient Greece by Alexander the Great’s father and used extensively in the Roman Empire – Divide and Rule – Divide et impera.
Senator Barry Goldwater ran for presidential office against LB Johnson in 1964, being president because JFK was assassinated. It is ignored and not recognized that Senator Goldwater’s goal if he became president was to stop the passing of discriminatory laws and end the requirement of enacting federal civil rights legislation. In President Johnson’s inaugural address he devoted only 35 words to the civil rights issue and he did not mention voting rights. In 1967, angry over Dr. King’s protests against the Vietnam War, Johnson was wrongly attributed to referring to Dr. King as that nigger preacher in the 2006 article. It was President Harry S. Truman (Democrat) who called Congressman Adam Clayton Powell that damned nigger preacher. However, President Johnson was noted for breaking out into profanity with words added like “nigger”. One example was when Johnson was talking about his political career and his wife, Lady Bird …
I talk everything over with my wife. Of course … I have a nigger maid, and I talk my problems over with her, too.
Richard Nixon, a Republican was noted for making derogatory remarks concerning black Americans.
Martin Luther King Jr. was neither a Republican or Democrat, although his father was a member of the Republican Party. He was a promoter of peace and coexistence, equality, and moral character.
In memory of Martin Luther King, who should have been the first black American president instead of the liar in the Oval Office now, judging him by his character and not his race – I present some of Dr. King’s notable quotations, my favorite:
  • Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive our hate; only love can do that.
  • Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness.
  • I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.
  • Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.
  • He who passively accepts evil is as much involved in it as he who helps perpetrate it. He who accepts evil without protesting against it is really cooperating with it.
  • A genuine leader is not a search for consensus but a molder of consensus.
  • The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenges and controversies.
  • I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word in reality. This is why right, temporarily defeated, is stronger than evil triumphant.
  • To be a Christian without prayer is no more possible than to be alive without breathing.
  • I look to the day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.
  • We must learn to live together as brothers or perish together as fools.
  • Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed.
  • If we are to go forward, we must go back and rediscover those precious values – that all reality hinges on moral foundations and that all reality has spiritual control.
  • Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
  • The ultimate tragedy is not the oppression and cruelty by the bad people but the silence over that by the good people.
  • The hottest place in Hell is reserved for those who remain neutral in times of great moral conflict.
  • Whatever your life’s work is, do it well. A man should do his job so well that the living, the dead, and the unborn could do it no better.
  • Never forget that everything Hitler did in German was legal.
  • The time is always right to what is right.
  • I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made straight and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together.
Today there is a disturbing movement.
A movement replacing the ultimate authority of God with the delusional and false authority of government that no longer believes in self-government.
A movement is replacing one racist bias with that of another - against the philosophy of Dr. King.
A movement that promotes unconstitutional legislation and policies enacted by those entrusted to operate OUR federal government and citizens that follow like sheep or remains quite while the political elite perform their evil acts.
A movement that falsely dictates and followers blindly believe that the Founders and the Framers of the Constitution of the United States and its amendments is “old school”; thereby be ignored because it is irrelevant to modern issues. Wisdom is ageless, just as Truth is not to be ignored; no matter if it was said 2,500 years ago, sixty years ago, or yesterday. Jesus of Nazareth, Cicero, Marcus Aurelius, Francis Bacon, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Mark Twain, Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy, Winston Churchill, Margaret Thatcher, Ronald Reagan, and Ron Paul all spoke truth and wisdom. There will be present and future great thinkers and true leaders as well. They will not and should not be considered passe'.
A movement where those that commit criminal acts or ethical transgressions use their office and race to counter accurate and truthful accusations, thereby using race as an excuse to do wrong.
A growing ideology where separatist ethnic groups demand equality and respect, while offering none in return, and loyal to political and racial organizations rather than their country as a nation and its people as the sum of the whole.
A growing consensus insists that Americans be tolerant, as our traditions and Constitutional amendment dictates, despite infiltration of an intolerant and violent religion within the infrastructure of our government and American society whose goal is totalitarian and theocratic global dominance over the grave of freedom and liberty.
A growing consensus that our nation’s fall from grace as the most just and constitutional nation is caused because of the articles and amendments of the US Constitution are outdated and no longer apply; when in fact, it is the falling away of constitutional law that has caused the despair, woes and loss of freedom and liberties we face today.
A majority of people, who vote based upon what they view in political advertisement and the word of the mainstream media – or just as delusional, based upon the candidate’s ethnicity.
If Americans in 2012 (and 2008) would have listened to the words and wisdom of Martin Luther Kingand voted based on character, BH Obamawould not even held office as a US Senator of Illinois, maybe not even a community organizer.
Check out Human Events of how altered history has influenced the minds of Americans - ignoring truth. Sadly, the erroneous and historically incorrect statement was made at a memorial of MLK - who promoted truth and believed good character was important. But of course, we are talking about an American who sides with communists in Latin America over our nation's sovereignty and principles of freedom and liberty. Danny Glover is still reliving in the 1860s and 1960s. MLK statement of character does not apply to Mr. Glover.
Character does matter.
If a president commits adultery in the Oval Office, it is not his private life, but transgression against the ethical behavior of the President of the United States.
If corrupt and unethical people are associates of a congressional or presidential candidate, it is not prejudice to assume that the candidate is without moral and civic character.
Barack Hussein Obama’s transgressions against the Constitution of the United States and its amendments is not racial – it has to do with his poor character; surrounding himself with staffers and czars of equal lack of character.
Martin Luther Kingis an example of good character, a man of wisdom, and conveyor of truth. If history could be changed, America would have been far better to have the first “black” President of the United States in the likes of Dr. King who believed in what is inside a person and not what appears on the outside.
I am glad America has set aside a day for such a great American whose life ended tragically and short of realizing his dream.

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.

Real Solutions Require Truth Concerning Problems

Posted on 9:22 PM by Unknown

One of the items on BH Obama and friends’ list in subduing the rights of the Second Amendment, which the Supreme Court has finally recognized it the way it was written and meant by the framers who wrote and approved it, is having the CDC perform a study on firearm violence. That study is done yearly by the FBI and Obama knows that the CDC will ensure that the study goes the way he wants it to – thus the reason for not using the FBI annual reports.
It is well known that last year and this year was a record sale of firearms and ammunition because people fearing that there will be a ban and they will not have firearms around just in case. Yet, in 2011, the second time the firearm sales surged, the crime of violence rate dropped 386 for every 100,000 citizens, (1992 was 752) of which 4.7 per 100,000 (1992 was 9.3) was the murder rate. It is because more citizens (law-abiding) have firearms in 2011 than in 1992. It is because state government finally conceded because of the Supreme Court decision that the Second Amendment meant that lawful, law-abiding citizens have the right to own, carry, and use firearms for defense.
In 2011, FBI data shows there were 323 murders committed with rifles of all types. Firearms perceived as “assault” weapons (which citizens do not own, only military and law enforcement units) were in that count of 323, but less than one half percent of those types of firearms were used for murder.
Compare the 496 murders committed with hammers and clubs, and 1,694 murders with knives.
Is the Obama government calling for a ban on hammers, those that look “dangerous”?
Is the Obama government (and like-minded state politicians) calling for a ban upon clubs, like baseball bats, or knives?
Drunk drivers cause 9,695 deaths in 2010, much more than deaths involving firearms – are automobiles or certain types of automobiles on a ban list? Teen driver deaths have also increased due to driving under the influence and distracted driving (texting on their cell phones for example).
One good move about this discussion over firearms is requiring background checks (including mental instability and drug use/abuse) in order to purchase firearms anywhere. That is the common sense approach to this problem, which as usual the government is behind the curve. Government always address things long after issues have become problematic.
Back to the statistics … most violent crimes, murder with firearms, are associated with gangs and/or drug cartels (the latter with the help of Attorney General Eric Holder).
Mark Alexanderand Star Parker describe this phenomenon taking place in urban welfare plantations. And, much of today’s problem is because Americans have allowed democrat-socialists to create welfare state policies that does nothing in decreasing the “poor” population in America.
The culture of America has degraded society, not gun control that is the root of the problem. It is because the type of gun control they have initiated and continue to try to initiate only detracts from liberty and rights of lawful citizens, not criminals.
BH Obama lived in Chicago, and like Mayor Bloomberg in New York City, is a crime and corruption ridden city. In Chicago more than 500 murders occurred in 2012. And, barely into the year 2013, it appears that the murder rate is getting higher – a place that suppresses lawful citizens the right to liberties of the Second Amendment. So only cops and bad guys have firearms or allowed to use them. Gun control really works, does it not?
Obama lies when he says he does not want to reduce liberties under the Second Amendment, he, Eric Holder, Dianne Feinstein, and others have been trying it for years.
When Clinton passed the assault weapon ban in 1994, the Washington Post stated:
No one should have any illusions about what was accomplished. Assault weapons play a part in only a small percentage of crime. The provision is mainly symbolic; its virtue will be if it turns out to be, as hoped, a stepping stone to broader gun control.
The Feinstein ban legislation expired in 2004, the Department of Justice wrote:
Should it be renewed, the ban's effects on gun violence are likely to be small at best and perhaps too small for reliable measurement. Assault weapons were rarely used in gun crimes even before the ban.
There are, presently, 60 million firearm owners in the United States. That is five million less than the number of votes Obama got in 2012.
As Mark Alexander wrote:
If Obama, et al., really want to reduce our "national epidemic of violence," they should focus on reforming the government policies that created the socialist urban plantations where most violence occurs. The proposed "assault weapons ban" and other efforts to restrict, register and ultimately confiscate lawfully acquired guns used for lawful purposes is both an affront to our individual human right of self defense and our corporate responsibility to defend our Constitution. (Ask New Orleans registered gun owners about the consequences of gun confiscation from law-abiding citizens in the chaos after Hurricane Katrina.) … During the 20th century, tyrannical socialist governments in Germany, Russia, China, Korea and other nations murdered more than 100 million of their own people. But first, before committing their systematic slaughter, these regimes disarmed their citizenry. If you are not a gun owner, that's OK. But I suggest you thank every gun owner you know, because in states with few gun restrictions, violent offenders can't tell which homes have armed occupants and which don't. And incarcerated offenders report that the number-one factor in choosing a victim is the ability of the victim to defend himself or herself.
Every one of the mass murder incidents in schools, Movie Theater, shopping mall, et cetera, occurred in a posted “Gun Free Zone”. How many lives could have been saved if just one of those killed or injured had a legally concealed firearm?
The media constantly compares other nations who have draconian gun laws, yet murder per capita is twice the rate of the United States in the United Kingdom.
According to Mark Alexander the pacifist, Mohandas Gandhistated:
Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India, history will look upon the act depriving a whole nation of arms as the blackest.
Never trust any politician; whatever political ‘club’ they may be a member of when they identify citizens who insist upon a constitutional government and upon exercising their rights and liberties as radicalism and anti-government wackos. It is an admission to their ulterior motives.
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms ... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes. ... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants.Cesare Beccaria

Ask this question or answer it ...
Do you think it is just coincidence that all this anti-Second Amendment and firearm control is at the same time that the Obama administration is agreeing with the United Nation's newest firearm confiscation global programs?

Obama's Executive Disarmament Confirms Tea Party Cannot Go Away

Posted on 8:07 PM by Unknown
By Lloyd Marcus
Proud Unhyphenated American
Chairman, Conservative Campaign Committee

Obama brings kids to the White House as props for photo-op and emotional appeal to unveil his illegal gun control plans. Obama despicably using kids to undermine the Second Amendment via executive order is a perfect example of why the Tea Party can not go away.

Due to extensive media coverage of Obama's Disarmament Show, low info voters will cry hearing stories of how guns make kids fearful and give Obama carte blanche to do whatever he deems necessary regardless of the Constitution. Predicting from their pattern of spineless behavior, Republicans will probably simply go along with Obama's illegal dictates. So, who will stand and be the voice of our Founding Fathers and We The People? Answer: The Tea Party.

Despite the Tea Party being falsely branded as a bunch of racist extremists by Obama's supportive media, we are the lone voice and last hope for America as intended by our Founding Fathers. If we quit, America becomes paradise lost.

As I child, my cousins said I was stubborn. If I became annoyed or they refused to play my way, I would pick up my toys and go home. Unfortunately, some on our side have reacted the same way since the reelection of Obama. Frustrated and angry, they have taken their toys and gone home to play golf, work in their garden or take up basket weaving.

Paul, in the Bible said, “When I was a child, I spake and acted like a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.” (I Corinthians 13:11)

Brother and sister patriots, America can not afford the luxury of us behaving like frustrated, angry and stubborn children. If we do not continue fighting, Obama and company will usurp every freedom we have been granted to us by God, our Founding Fathers and fought for by our military.

I have been reading Proverbs lately which speaks a lot about “diligence”. Victory and prosperity are the fruits of diligence. We must stay diligent in our efforts to stop Obama, no matter how hopeless or fruitless our opposition may appear.

No, the Tea Party is NOT done. We must stand even more closely united, stand up for our own and boldly speak truth to power.

Quite frankly patriots, there “ain't” no body else but us. Go with God!

Congress: Perform Your Duty - Impeachment Proceedings for BH Obama

Posted on 5:57 AM by Unknown

When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776
I mentioned in a previous article that citizens in fifty states have filed petitions to the White House concerning secession and other subjects.

Alexander E. Jones (Prison Planet) on January 15th, 2013 has filed a petition with a list of articles of impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama.
Rep. Steve Stockman(R-TX) has vowed to initiate impeachment hearings against President Obama if the White House implements gun regulations through executive action. …
The White House’s recent announcement they will use executive orders and executive actions to infringe on our constitutionally-protected right to keep and bear arms is an unconstitutional and unconscionable attack on the very founding principles of this republic,” Stockman said in a statement. “I will seek to thwart this action by any means necessary, including but not limited to eliminating funding for implementation, defunding the White House, and even filing articles of impeachment.
State Representative, Steve Toth, is another politician who is against unconstitutional policies of Barack Hussein Obama. He is pushing for Texas state legislatures to pass the Firearms Protection Act.
Alex Jones states in a recent article:
The time has now come for a bill of impeachment to be introduced and debated in Congress. Obama’s crimes are public, and the debate in the House will serve as a court in which to display the tyrannical activities of President Obama and his cohorts. As in the case of Richard Nixon, the exposure of Obama’s crimes may cause him to resign in disgrace. If he does not step down, the full House will then vote to begin the impeachment trial in the US Senate. The time has now come to make your decision – to stand up to evil or get on your knees as a willing slave.
President Obama has signed 139 executive orders thus far during his first term and states he has 23 more drafted concerning gun control. He has used the death of children in Newton and photo propaganda with children to use emotion of the American people to get what he has planned to do since taking office as a senator in the US Congress and later as President of the United States. Tyrants cannot allow citizens to defend themselves.
Reasons for Impeachment:
  • He has aided America’s enemies, violating his oath, by sending funds to insurgents in Syria who are being commanded by Al-Qaeda terrorists.
  • He has violated federal law by overseeing a cover-up surrounding Operation Fast and Furious, the transfer of guns to Mexican drug cartels direct from the federal government.
  • He has lied to the American people by overseeing a cover-up of the Benghazi attack which directly led to the deaths of four American citizens. The cover-up has been called “Obama’s Watergate,” yet four months after the incident, no one in the administration has been held accountable.
  • He has brazenly undermined the power of Congress by insisting his authority came from the United Nations Security Council prior to the attack on Libya and that Congressional approval was not necessary. “I don’t even have to get to the Constitutional question,” said Obama. This is an act that “constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution,” according to Congressman Walter Jones.
  • He has flagrantly violated article 1, section 9, clause 8 of the Constitution by accepting rotating status as chairman of the United Nations Security Council. The clause states, “No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States; and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall without consent of Congress accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”
  • He has ignored Congressional rejection of the cybersecurity bill and instead indicated he will pursue an unconstitutional executive order.
  • He has signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act which includes provisions that permit the abduction and military detention without trial of U.S. citizens, violating Habeas Corpus. Despite Obama claiming he would not use the provisions to incarcerate U.S. citizens, it was his administration that specifically demanded these powers be included in the final NDAA bill.
  • He has enacted universal health care mandates that force Americans to buy health insurance, a clear violation of the Constitution in exceeding congressional power to regulate interstate commerce. Obama has also handed out preferential waivers to corporations friendly to his administration.
  • He has declared war on America’s coal industry by promising to bankrupt any company that attempts to build a new coal plant while using unconstitutional EPA regulations to strangle competition, ensuring Americans see their energy costs rise year after year.
  • He has violated the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses when he bullied the secured creditors of automaker Chrysler into accepting 30 cents on the dollar while politically connected labor unions and preferential others received better deals.
  •  He has violated Article II of the Constitution by using signing statements as part of his executive usurpation of power.
Rep. Steve Stockman:
I will seek to thwart this action by any means necessary, including but not limited to eliminating funding for implementation, defunding the White House, and even filing articles of impeachment.
Alex Jonesconcludes his petition to impeach BH Obama with:
For these, and other offenses which constitute high crimes and misdemeanors, including perjury of oath, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of assets, failure to supervise, dereliction of duty, conduct unbecoming and refusal to obey a lawful order, we call for the immediate impeachment of Barack H. Obama.
