AGU: Happy Easter from...Lithuania?

This Easter Sunday many American families come together with traditions that have been around for centuries. As we celebrate the traditions of our faith we are reminded that the customs of Easter and Passover are linked by our ancestry.

Regardless of race, doctrine, or place of birth, our faith in God unites us and reminds us of America's Judeo-Christian foundation.

From Passover Matzo Ball Soup to coloured Easter eggs, our ancestry is full of traditions loaded with symbolism and representations.



In my family the tradition of making Lithuanian Easter eggs has been passed down for many generations.



Droplets of hot bees wax are applied to the eggs with a wooden toothpick topped with a small bead (In the 13th century before the invention of toothpicks a small fish bone was used).



The droplets of hot bees wax create patterns that begin with making a cross on the egg and then filling in the cross with more strokes that resemble a floral pattern.



After the patterns on the eggs are created by joining the dots and strokes, the eggs are coloured with the lightest colour. Then more patterns of bees wax are applied, and the egg is then dyed with darker colours.



Traditionally these eggs are given to family, friends, and business associates. They are said to bring prosperity. Farmers in the 20th century used to place the eggs in the fields to ensure a good harvest, while the farmers wife would leave an egg at the entrance to the barn as the cows were driven out to pasture (my Great Grandmother used to bury them in her back yard).



It's comforting to know that the ancient origins of our values will be celebrated for many years to come as we watch our families observing the customs of Passover and Easter.

Democrats Responsible for Black Culture of Anger

Black twenty-year-old male Danielle Simpson and two black associates were interrupted by 84-year-old Geraldine Davidson while in the process of burglarizing her home. They duct taped her mouth, bound her hands and legs, and threw the white former school teacher and church organist into the trunk of her own car. Ms Davidson was severely brutalized before the trio eventually tied a rope attached to a cinder block around her legs and threw her, still alive, into the river.

Brutal crimes are not unique.

But, here is what makes this case remarkable. For seven hours, Simpson rode around in Ms Davidson's car, stopping for fast food and opening the truck to show off his victim to his black friends. Due to fingerprints left on the car, detectives estimate that around ten people viewed Ms Davidson in the trunk.

Incredibly, not one person called the police or lobbied to set the poor elderly woman free. What could possibly harden these black youths to such an extent?

Perhaps one of the detectives investigating the case nailed it when he described the black criminals and their friends as part of a “culture of anger”.

For the murder of Ms Davidson, in 2009, Danielle Simpson was executed by Lethal injection in Texas.

Fast forward to the democrat-led Trayvon Martin rallies across America. If justice was their true motivation, they would allow the case to unfold. To demand Zimmerman be arrested without knowing the facts is absurd and irresponsible. The democrat's obvious purpose for their race rallies is to fuel the eternal flames of their well-nurtured “culture of anger”.

Sadly, democrat efforts to cultivate black anger is bearing much fruit. Before the Trayvon Martin incident, black flash mobs were attacking white strangers across America. The horrific rape/murder of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom received scant publicity because it was seen as politically incorrect to publicize a beautiful white couple being brutalized by five black thugs.

Exploiting Trayvon Martin to fuel the Democrat's culture of anger, Democrat US Rep. Bobby Rush spoke to the House wearing a “hoodie”. Rush assumed Martin was racially profiled and said, "just because someone wears a hoodie does not make them a hoodlum." Yet another example of a Democrat jumping the gun to further their storyline before all the facts are in.

Sixties radical, Angela Davis faithfully contributed to the Democrat's culture of anger. Davis said Trayvon's story is not unique. According to Davis, blacks are physically attacked by whites all the time. Davis also accused white America of systematic racism against blacks. Will someone please inform Ms Davis that a black man is leader of the free world solely because millions of white Americans voted for him. At only 12% of the US population, black votes alone could not have put the Obama's in the White House.

The Trayvon Martin incident has afforded the Democrats a golden opportunity to build upon their culture of anger. Al Sharpton said “Enough is enough!”  Jessie Jackson said, “Blacks are under attack!”

So, according to US Rep. Bobby Rush, Angela Davis, Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson, the majority of Democrat leaders, pundits and the democrat-supportive mainstream media, black Americans are routinely physically attacked by whites. Is there any wonder why millions of black Americans are fuming in a culture of anger?

Well, allow me to crush the Democrat's perfect liberal paradigm with the truth/facts. F.B.I and U.S. Justice Dept. statistics confirm blacks are 39 times more likely to commit a violent crime against whites than white violence against blacks. Ninety percent of the victims of race crimes are white.

What are the consequences of the Democratic Party keeping black America stewing in their well-crafted culture of anger? Blacks are seven times more likely than people of other races to commit murder, and eight times more likely to commit robbery. Blacks are three times more likely to use a hand gun, and twice more likely to use a knife. Forty-five percent of black crime is against whites, 43 percent against other blacks, and 10 percent against Hispanics. Who can deny, black criminals are angry at whites and fellow blacks. Blacks are seven times more likely to end up in prison.

Folks, I am not one for frivolous lawsuits. Still, I cannot help contemplating a lawsuit all the same: We The People vs the Democratic Party for severe damages resulting from them creating, and years of fueling, a culture of anger in Black America.

State of the Union: Subversion of Free World

September 11^th, 2001 seems a long time ago now. But unlike Pearl Harbor attack, December 7^th, 1941, the war continues. The 2001 attack was considered an act of war, but this time it is not a war against a nation led by a fascist dictator or imperial monarch – it is a war against an organization backed by several governments from several nations, an army with no uniforms to speak of, and who kill indiscriminately civilians along with coalition troops; with one goal – make the world governments into a theocracy.

A tyrannical world government that would destroy any resemblance to freedom and individuality. Which would, despite modern technology thrust the human rights of individual citizens of free nations and the western world back into a period in history we know as the “Dark Ages” - medieval period. 

This time, however, it will not be the Roman Catholic Church that governs our lives and influences government it will be Islam and the Sharia Law it follows and is ruled by in every facet of their life. Like the liberal-progressive of America and Europe, they believe they can form a better theocracy by combining aspects of western world with that of the Islamic world – and they are delusional to think it can be so.

Under this theocratic world government, children would be indoctrinated to die in the name of Allah, taught that Jews are evil and must be exterminated - like what is found today, but globally entrenched.

Of course, this is a scenario in the extreme - but is it so far fetched viewing the facts that the western world is slowly being infiltrated within its own infrastructure and there are those who are mistakenly welcoming them?

America was created as and is best maintained as a democratic republic. Delusional Americans who have fell under the spell of progressive socialists, that also have infiltrated the membrane of American society and government, that we must adopt other peoples ideology and incorporate within our own in order to become a more unified world. When, in reality, this also is naïve thinking – the powers that want it so have another agenda in mind because the separation of powers, once dissolved, will no longer protect their individuality, much less their freedom of religion.

This phenomenon can be seen in various aspect so society and different states of our United States as Islam is readily discussed, examined, and students are encouraged to be empathetic to the Muslim; while Christians are persecuted in a myriad of ways that is not only hypocritical, but unconstitutional under the First Amendment that liberal-progressives constantly use as a front for their propaganda; much as the media uses it to gain power over elections and the philosophy of society in general.

Not To Shy About Their Goals

You might consider this article to be written by a doomsday prophet, or a Christian with a parable, or a paradoxical conspiracy advocate. No.

I have seen the world of Islam – the modern Muslims who practice their faith without prejudice to others in Turkey (1980s) to the hypocritical and fanatic Islamic Arab-Indo, Near Eastern world as well as North Africa and the Persian Gulf. I have seen the incidence of living people living in medieval conditions, yet their nations have aspects of the techno-computer age that is mostly reserved for those in the higher end of society's class division. I have not had the opportunity to physically see Afghanistan (Russia was trying to suppress them at the time) and did not see the divided world of Pakistan that is chiefly made up of Islamic people who practice honor killing; a part of the religion that has spread to non-Muslim nations, just as Muslims have spread across the free world of western nations. And, because of the basic nature of human rights and good will, they are generally welcomed in the manner of freedom of religion that a Muslim, in most cases, does not comprehend or tolerate and as their numbers grow decide that their adopted nation requires change towards the theocracy they left supposedly to gain “freedom” from the oppression of the Sharia Law.

We the Peopleof the United States of America have welcomed those who wish to have a better life, a life of freedom, leaving oppression and poverty behind them; but there must be a time when we must say “NO” to those who would, either directly or indirectly, jeopardize that very way of life that affords them freedom as INDIVIDUALS and not the COLLECTIVE – like theocracy, socialism, and communism demands.

Recently, a Supreme Court justice on public TV in Egypt during an interview stated what too many have been thinking in the last two decades – that we must look to foreign laws when “interpreting” our laws – the Constitution of the United States; and this justice, Ruth Ginsburg, did not even receive a letter of chastisement or consideration of impeachment for her actions against her oath of office and her personal advocacy inserted into her duty as a Supreme Court Justice. And why should she not be reprimanded? The president that appointed her and the president in the Oval Office today have no respect for the Constitution.

Muslims are not cut from the same cloth when it comes – there are fundamentalists and there are those who wish to remain Muslims, but live in peace with others. The former is a people who follow the Holy Qur'an to the letter – written at a time when the Islamic world was made up of the caliphate and sheiks whose purpose was to conquer – in the name of Allah, but certainly for worldly material gain as well. The major reason why so many Islamic nations have so many problems is because they remain tribal – still trying to maintain modernization, but chiefly to enact war against each other and others who are not Muslim. They have not used that technology to better the lives of the basic, common people nor care, unless it suits them, for their welfare.

That is the truth of the Islamic world – as a whole and in general.

In the military, we were told in leadership training and tactical exercises that you must KNOW your enemy – and it certainly applies here. However, we cannot declare war on all Muslims we see on the street, for this would be a mob rule endeavor as well as a vigilante action that is not acceptable in a democratic republic that I have fought to keep and reform back to its original form since the 1980s when I became enlightened by the wisdom of Ronald Reagan, who kept things simple: Government IS the problemin his speeches and what he had written.

People think that now that Osama bin Laden is dead that the war against Islamic fascism is over. It is not. Indeed, the enemy has simultaneously used new tactics along with their tools of fear that seems to have persuaded some people to see things their way – in efforts of peaceful co-existence. But their agenda, their school textbooks, and their public proclamations delivered by their holy men present an entirely different picture.

It is no longer just keeping the Arab peninsula, North Africa, and the Middle East under the wraps of Sharia Law– they have returned to the mindset that caused the Crusades – no matter what you have read in textbooks that have been orchestrated and published by liberal-progressive Americans. Too many Americans enjoying freedom today are falling prey to this movement. 

Ironically, Hollyweird folks are big supporters of Islam, while joining in persecution of Christians - yet under Sharia Law they would be imprisoned, beheaded, or hanged because of their type of personal life.

It is true, historically, that at the time of the First Crusade, the Catholic Church ruled within a form of theocracy, where there was little separation of church and state. However, unlike Islam, it changed its doctrine as western civilization adopted the concept of individual freedom over the collective. Then the industrial age came and socialism became popular as a means to stand up against the rule of monarchy and despotism; but failed to do what democracy could. The founders of the United States of America developed a democratic republic that was something never accomplished before in human history, yet was created by those who had the knowledge of ancient philosophers, the concept of government and its operations, as well as the fundamental ideology of a republic – democracy was originally conceived by the ancient Greeks and the republic was conceived by the Romans who ended up rulers of the known western and near-eastern world before Christianity and Islam came into the picture. However, because they did not keep the concepts of a republic and it became full of corruption – it too became a factor in the fall of the Roman Empire – that fell from within before it fell from without. Some historians have blamed the fall upon the Christians who gained control of Rome, but the Roman rule was already decaying before Constantinople declared Christianity as Rome's official religion.

I realize that all of this is ancient history and unfortunately boring to some – but it is relevant to know it to understand how all of this ultimately reached the state of warfare over religion began and progressed - from 600s AD when it was instituted by a self-proclaimed prophet, Mohammed, inspired by Gabriel, the archangel (another similarity to Judaism and Christianity).

Today, what is called “terrorists” is called by the political left sympathizers as “freedom fighters” - which is definitely propaganda and plain delusion. They have not read their history, they have not taken the time to read the Qur'an, nor have they gotten their information from reliable sources. Today, one needs only watch certain news clips to realize where the western world is heading.

The biggest danger, thus far, is that our national leadership has succumbed to the powers of Islam and Sharia Law – whether because of fear or the naïve ideology that if we give in to them they will be our friends.

Ron Paulis correct – we need to pull our troops out of the historically Islamic region and turn the matter over to its own people to decide if they want to stand up against their caliphate and Islamic despots. But the media and the political establishment has made him look the fool and uses the fear tactic that we will be “giving in” to them. No, because as I write this now, America is slowly and quietly being overcome from within.

Did you know that the Muslim Brotherhood chapter in America, along with organizations that the GW Bush administration, Bill Clinton administration, and now Barack H. Obama administration have been friendly with? Ever hear of CAIRO organization? On the outside it looks like they offer their hand in co-existence with Americans who are Christians, Jewish or whatever faith they hold to be their own (or none).

The Brotherhood's credo is:

God is our objective; the Qur'an is our constitution, the Prophet is our leader, Jihadis our way; and death for the sake of God is the highest of our aspirations.

Barack Hussein Obama, aliasBarry Soetoro, received support and campaign funds from the Muslim Brotherhood in America, as well as from foreign sources, which is illegal. This was brought up briefly on mainstream media during his campaign for president in 2008 – but quickly disappeared off the radar. Whether that campaign cash was returned, I cannot state so at this time.

Our presence in the Arab states, as well as the Middle East, is considered to them and other Islamic fascists foreign imperialism.

The goal of the Muslim Brotherhood is to oppose “Western colonialism and overthrow the pro-western monarchies in Egypt and other Muslim countries. The Brotherhood was instrumental in taking over the Gaza Strip in 2007 by the Hamas and continues its anti-Semitic ideology of genocide of Israeli people and the dissolving of nation of Israel, surrounded by enemies of their religion and people that Mohammed the Prophet based his religious views upon when writing the Qur'an. Mohammed referred to them and Christians as People of the Book– and yet his predecessors have developed a hatred for any other religion other than their own.

The Brotherhood is working strong in Egypt where the nation is now hurting because of the slow down of tourism from people everywhere who visit their historical treasures from the world of ancient Egypt that Christianity and Islam changed forever. it is also working strong in America and Europe.
Meanwhile, our president seems to be either unaware or unconcerned about what is actually going on behind the scenes. Once again, the infamous CAIRis involved – another donor for the election of Barack Hussein Obama in 2008.

People of the Book: Indeed, even sections contain the stories ofJesus of Nazareth (Galilee) and VirginMary. Since that time, Islam has been divided into factions – the main ones are Sunniand Shiite.

Meanwhile, nations like England, as well as other European nations are now realizing how invasive Islamic Sharia Law followers can be – detrimental to their way of life and form of government. It was all out of being “multicultural” and giving “peace a chance”; but there isn't any peace with a war mongering side of any religion, especially Islam. Today they are having difficulty passing legislation that would criminalize forced marriagein England, Wales, and Northern Ireland – the custom is already illegal in Scotland. Arranged marriages are as outdated and detrimental to human rights as slavery. It is time that Muslims who immigrate to nations who are not ruled by Sharia Law to NOT try to change it – and if they don't like it, go back from whence they came. Freedom of religion means tolerance of ALL religions that respect the basic laws of human rights and individual rights; which means if it transgresses against rights of individuals, then it no longer can be sustained under the freedom of religion concept. Freedom of religion is also the right to be free from religion altogether without persecution. However, it does not mean that people of religious faith must suppress their public practice of their faith or, like expected of the Christians, to alter the meaning of religious holidays and traditions; in example: Christmastree, individual prayer in schools, saying “God” publicly, displaying the Ten Commandments (our western laws are based upon nine of them whether liberals, progressives, socialists, communists want to accept it or not.

Christians today are victims of double standards and downright persecution; while every other religion, especially Islam gets a free ride.

Our nation was conceived and instituted based upon the Judeo-Christian philosophy, and yet the founders insisted upon individuals practicing religion of their faith in private or public in the name of religious freedom. Because they chose to use logic, not emotion to govern their thoughts as they set about with the monumental task of not only creating a new nation, but a nation conceived as a democratic republic with a constitution that dictates that government will have limited power, ruled by the People, and maintained by the People who elect those from the ranks of society to operate our government on our behalf. While the society is definitely a “group” - it is the individual that is paramount when it comes to rights and liberties.

What concept.

Recently I read an article(Creeping Sharia)that states that a bill passed by the Arizona legislature is too - 

... sweepingly broad, and would make it a crime to communicate via electronic means speech that is intended to “annoy”, “offend”, “harass”, or “terrify”, as well as certain sexual speech. Because the bill is not limited to one-to-one communications, H.B. 2549 would apply to the Internet as a whole, thus criminalizing all manner of writing, cartoons, and other protected material the state finds offensive or annoying. The bill is currently on Governor Jan Brewer's desk awaiting her decision on whether to veto or sign the bill. Media Coalition, … has been active in opposing the bill.

More disturbing news is the uncovering of Sharia Law in the United States has to do with our president, Barack Hussein Obamaand Joe Biden.

Not only did the White House host the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood, but this via The Jawa Report: White House To Welcome Former Terror Group Leader And Accused Human Organ Trafficker.Joe Biden will welcome Hashim Thaçi to the White House this week. Thaçi is accused of operating a human organ trafficking crime ring that murdered Serbs and then harvested and sold their organs in the years leading up to the Kosovo War. Thaçi was also the leader of the KLA – the Kosovo Liberation Army. The KLA (also known as UÇK) was a radical Islamic terrorist group accused of inhumane cruelty, rapes, torture, murders, and human rights violations. The media, at the time, opted to ignore these reports and instead focus on Serbian “concentration camps” that later turned out to be false. The KLA was officially disbanded in 1999, but the group’s leadership is still very active in Kosovar politics.

A Black Man: The Progressives' Perfect Trojan Horse

As millions of my fellow Americans, I am extremely angry, outraged, and devastated by the Democrats' unbelievable arrogance and disdain for We The People. Despite our screaming "no" from the rooftops, they forced ObamaCare down our throats. Please forgive me for using the following crude saying, but it is very appropriate to describe what has happened. "Don't urinate on me and tell me it's raining."

Democrats say that their mission is to give all Americans health care. The Democrats are lying. Signing ObamaCare into law against our will and the Constitution is tyranny and step one of their hideous goal of having as many Americans as possible dependent on government, thus controlling our lives and fulfilling Obama's promise to fundamentally transform America.

I keep asking myself: How did our government move so far from the normal procedures of getting things done? Could a white president have so successfully pulled off shredding the Constitution to further his agenda? I think not.

Ironically, proving that America is completely the opposite of the evil, racist country they relentlessly accuse her of being, progressives used America's goodness, guilt, and sense of fair play against her. In their quest to destroy America as we know it, progressives borrowed a brilliant scheme from Greek mythology. They offered America a modern-day Trojan Horse, a beautifully crafted, golden, shiny new black man as a presidential candidate. Democrat Joe Biden lauded Obama as the first clean and articulate African-American candidate. Democrat Harry Reid said that Obama uses a black dialect only when he wants to.

White America relished the opportunity to vote for a black man, naïvely believing that they would never suffer the pain of being called racist again. Black Americans viewed casting their vote for Obama as the ultimate Affirmative Action for America's sins of the past.

Then there were the entitlement loser voters who said, "I'm votin' for the black dude who promises to take from those rich SOBs and give to me."

Just as the deceived Trojans dragged the beautifully crafted Trojan Horse into Troy as a symbol of their victory, deceived Americans embraced the progressives' young, handsome, articulate, and so-called moderate black presidential candidate as a symbol of their liberation from accusations of being a racist nation. Also like the Trojan Horse, Obama was filled with the enemy hiding inside.

Sunday, March 21, 2010, a secret door opened in Obama, the shiny golden black man. A raging army of Democrats charged out. Without mercy, they began their vicious, bloody slaughter of every value, freedom, and institution we Americans hold dear, launching the end of America as we know it.

Wielding swords of votes reeking with the putrid odor of backdoor deals, the Democrats landed a severe blow to America and individual rights by passing ObamaCare.

The mainstream liberal media has been relentlessly badgering the Tea Party movement with accusations of racism. Because I am a black Tea Party patriot, I am bombarded with interviewers asking me the same veiled question: "Why are you siding with these white racists against America's first African-American president?" I defend my fellow patriots who are white, stating, "These patriots do not give a hoot about Obama's skin color. They simply love their country and oppose his radical agenda. Obama's race is not an issue."

Recently, I have come to believe that perhaps I am wrong about Obama's race not being an issue. In reality, Obama's presidency has everything to do with racism, but not from the Tea Party movement. Progressives and Obama have exploited his race from the rookie senator's virtually unchallenged presidential campaign to his unprecedented bullying of America into ObamaCare. Obama's race trumped all normal media scrutiny of him as a presidential candidate, and most recently, even the Constitution of the United States. ObamaCare forces all Americans to purchase health care, which is clearly unconstitutional.

No white president could get away with boldly and arrogantly thwarting the will of the American people and ignoring laws. President Clinton tried universal health care. Bush tried social security reform. The American people said "no" to both presidents' proposals, and that was the end of it. So how can Obama get away with giving the American people the finger? The answer: He is black.

The mainstream liberal media continues to portray all who oppose Obama in any way as racist. Despite a list of failed policies, overreaches into the private sector, violations of the Constitution, and planned, destructive pieces of legislation too numerous to mention in this article, many Americans are still fearful of criticizing our first black president. Incredible.

My fellow Americans, you must not continue to allow yourselves to be "played" and intimidated by Obama's race or the historical context of his presidency. If we are to save America, the greatest nation on the planet, then Obama's progressive agenda must be stopped.

AGU: Mama Grizzly Alert; Bismarck Floor Fight!

This weekend March 30, 31, and April 1, 2012 Mama Grizzly Bette Grande will take part in the North Dakota Republican Convention.

The tradition in North Dakota (YAY 10th Amendment!) is to endorse the congressional candidate at the state party convention. Once the endorsement is secured the candidate goes to the primary.

Usually this means that the endorsed candidate is the only one who makes it on the primary ballot for the party.

However, this year there is one contender who is skipping the convention, ignoring tradition, and going straight to the primary.

What does this mean?

This means a floor fight is brewing at the North Dakota Republican Convention in Bismarck.

Al Sharpton: Appointed To Keep Black Voters Angry and Ill-Informed

You can imagine the justifiable extreme anger and outrage of black America in1987. Six white men including police officers and a New York prosecutor kidnapped, raped and smeared feces over the body of a fifteen year old black girl. Tawana Brawley was found unconscious and unresponsive lying in a garbage bag, her clothes torn and burned. In the emergency room, racial slurs and epithets were discovered written on Brawley's torso with charcoal.

Al Sharpton, eager to launch his national career, ran to the microphones and cameras as Tawana Brawley's adviser. The problem was, it was all a hoax.

Fearful of getting into trouble for staying away from home for four days, Brawley made up the whole horrific racial-hate-inspiring story. After hearing the evidence, or lack of, a grand jury concluded Brawley was lying.

The New York prosecutor whom Brawley accused of being one of her rapists sued Brawley and Sharpton for defamation and won. And yet, Sharpton still says the Brawley incident happened.

The Tawana Brawley Hoax confirms that truth and fair play are irrelevant in Sharpton's continuing quest to stir the pot-of-racial-hate to bludgeon white America and instill anger in black America for political gain. Sickeningly evil.

I remember Anthony Quinn as Barabbas in the biblical movie, “Barabbas”. Barabbas was a criminal sentenced to death. For Passover, the governor could commute the death sentence of a prisoner selected by popular demand. The multitude could save the life of Jesus or Barabbas. They yelled, “Give us Barabbas”. Barabbas was freed. Jesus was crucified.

Arrogantly usurping authority to speak on behalf of black America, the left has yelled, Give us Al Sharpton! Why has MSNBC, the mainstream media and president Obama appointed this despicable man spokesperson for black America? There are numerous honorable blacks in the national arena.

Sharpton was selected by the left as black America's mouthpiece because his political agenda is in solidarity with their hate America Progressive movement. They are committed to government controlling our behavior and every aspect of life in America. Loyalty to their cause trumps race and even the faith of those who claim to be Christians. How else can you explain Sharpton demanding the removal of a billboard in the black community which exposed the genocide of blacks via abortion?

Rev. Al Sharpton has turned his back on the Bible's anti-abortion teachings while supporting Planned Parenthood founder's vow to exterminate blacks; in loyalty to the left's progressive agenda.

The left appointing Sharpton a spokesperson for black America is a perfect example of their moral bankruptcy and willingness to employ the devil to further their agenda. Sharpton still stands behind Tawana Brawley's absurd over-the-top evil lie that six white men including police and a New York prosecutor raped her. In a decent world, Sharpton would be disqualified for the role of national spokesperson of anything. And yet, the left has crowned Sharpton chief of black America.

As an American who happens to be black, I am outraged. The left's selection of Sharpton as our spokesperson confirms their low opinion of black America; our sense of morality, honor and decency. The left, (democrats, mainstream media and Obama) continue to tell black America, by their actions, how little they think of us. They ignore or demonize highly successful, articulate America loving black conservatives, while elevating lying America hating race-baiters.

In 2010, President Obama asked Sharpton to be his ambassador to the black community. Obama instructed Sharpton to tell black leaders to chill-out and stop saying his economic policy failed to help black communities hit hard by the downturn.

The foundation of democrat politics is dealing with Americans as monolithic voting blocs. I take offense with Obama acting as if black America were a huge tribe, taking marching orders from Chief Sharpton. I am an American who happens to be black. I think for myself.

Obama and his buddies on the left promote “group think”. Their tactic for winning elections is to divide Americans into groups or voting blocs. Then they convince each group; women, minorities, gays, the poor, and etc that they are being victimized by evil republicans. Vote for us and we'll keep the evil republicans at bay!

Case in point: The democrat's latest lie claims republicans have launched a “War on Women”. The truth is Obama, against the Constitution, is trying to force churches and taxpayers to fund abortion against their religious faith. America said, H-- no! Democrats are trying to spin America's rebuke of Obama's overreach of authority by saying republicans wish to ban contraception. This is a lie. Republicans do not wish to ban birth control in any way.

Note the tried and true democrat trick. They lie to rally women by claiming republicans hate them. Then democrats say vote for us to protect you.

Sharpton was appointed to lie to blacks, keep them fired up hating republicans, the rich, conservatives and the tea party. The left says “conservative” is code for racist whites. Such rhetoric promotes racial hatred.

A prolific liar, Sharpton attempts to rally black America – republicans are hogging it all and dissing the first black president. Keep in mind, Sharpton still claims six white men including police officers and a New York prosecutor kidnapped, raped and smeared feces over the body of a fifteen year old black girl.

Good Lord, Black America, is this the man you want representing you? Al Sharpton does not speak for me!

Declaration of Grievance Against the Federal Government of the United States

With the deadline of the annual tax nightmare paperwork submission on the horizon, this is a prelude to my declaration. 

I have supported the FairTax proposal that calls for the repeal of the 16^thAmendment and at the same time replace the income tax system with a flat-rate tax based upon consumption, not income. However, as Newt Gingrich has pointed out in discussing the reform of our federal tax code, who is and has been for its reformation, stated that it would be far faster to instill a reformation to the present tax code system as a flat tax of 15% across the board, with no increments according to income, and no deductions be made of any kind, rendering the annual paperwork down to about the size of a postcard – and not needing to spend money to hire anyone to do one's tax paperwork – for it would be simple and condensed – thus ridding the tax code law thousands of pages of articles that even the employees of the Internal Revenue Service cannot fathom entirely.

My only suggestion to that important reform is that for people of a certain income and under only pay 10%, thus alleviating tax credits and deductions which make the system so complex and which also affords those who can hire lawyers who specialize in legally bypassing the total payment of tax owed no longer be allowed.

The primary lobbyists against the FairTax Act, which has sat in limbo , introduced in the House of Representatives as H.R. 2525 on July 14^th, 1999 in the 106^thUnited States Congress by Georgia Representative John Linder (1999-2010) and Rob Woodall (2011), and introduced into the Senate by Georgia Senator Saxby Chambliss – have been the tax preparation industry. They would lose millions of dollars and the politicians' excuse is that it would create more unemployment – referring to the employees of the IRS and the tax preparation businesses. The IRS employees are contracted in such a way where they would be offered any openings, first pick, that were available within the government to transfer to. This is a sweet deal compared with the private sector who has been laid off due to cutbacks in private industries. As far as tax preparers – they can just go back to the accounting business, where they started from. Besides, they are a small portion of the population in America – and legislation should always be for the benefit of the people, not just special interest groups.

The FairTax bill calls for the IRSto be dissolved within three years of passing the bill into legislation and signed by the President of the United States. It would be worth it just to be rid of the unconstitutional actions of the IRS in the past and present, where they are given the power to prosecute without trial and confiscate property and assets without due process in disputes over income tax payments. 

The reformation of the tax code system of the United States federal government would not only benefit the citizens, but the government – and help the present economy crisis to be improved. Both government and citizens (businesses especially) pay exorbitant amounts of funds on tax preparation throughout a given year and when having to make the annual filing requirement. The government spends over $75 million annually to enforce the tax – I am not sure whether that includes paying salaries of IRS employees. By ridding the citizens of the tyrannical IRS and its intrusion upon the rights and liberties of the American people, this too would be part of government limits according to the Constitution of the United States.

Other nations have adopted our tax code system and have found, after changing to a flat tax system, that their economy and GNP had improved. The following is a list of nations who went to the flat tax income system that includes the year it changed: Hong Kong (1947); Jamaica (1986); Estonia (1994), Latvia (1995); Lithuania (1996); Russia (2001); Slovakia (2004); Ukraine (2004); Albania (2008); Bulgaria (2008); Guernsey (1960); Montenegro (?); Iraq (2004); Romania (2005); Georgia (2005); Pridnestovia (2006); Iceland (2007); Mongolia (2007); Kyrgyzstan (2007); Macedonia (2007); Czech Republic (2008); Jersey (1940); and Mauritius (?).

Rick Perry, who has dropped out of the presidential primary campaign was for flat income tax. Ron Paul is for the flat tax system – definitely for easing the tax burden and finally getting a handle on federal spending. The Club for Growth has given a score to Ron Paul that has consistently, year-by-year, kept an average score of 87% over the average congressional score of 73% over the same period of time between 2005 and 2010.

A flat income tax system would not require the repeal of the 16^th Amendment (for now), which would require two-thirds of the majority vote in Congress as well as ratification of the states. The tax system replacing it would have to become law the same time as the repeal of the 16^thAmendment to prevent double taxation.

With the flat income tax it would apply as an equal percentage to all taxpayers, and since it is based upon percentage, the higher income Americans will automatically pay more. Many supporters advocate a 17% flat rate, but I believe that the government should only get 15%. Either way, it would be better for everyone. Most flat tax plans do away with exemptions, which means no more loopholes that prevent government from collecting funds due and will result in a more simplified system. Versions of the flat income tax include an exemption for families. With a flat tax system, as mentioned before, only a simple postcard would be required for the annual filing. This means there will no longer be corporate taxation, and most agree that income received from interest and dividends would no longer be included in the income tax calculations.

With the FairTax, those with lower incomes would be sent a monthly rebate check to families that would cover taxes spent on consumption.

Both plans have a lot in common, but the flat income tax proposal would transform the tax code system more smoothly. Homeowners will no longer be able to deduct the interest on their mortgage. However, most think tanks and economists agree that any problems of transition with either system would not outweigh the benefits.

But what we need is congressional members make this a number one priority and get the ball rolling. Americans have only heard talk for 12 years now – its time to act. It is because we have congressional members who don't like changes, especially big ones that would affect their work life in Washington, DC. But then again, that is what they were sent to Washington in the first place – elected to operate the government in an efficient and constitutional manner. It is far past due that our government, federal and state, start budgeting according to an annual total amount of a given amount of tax funds – and quite overspending. American citizens must budget according to what they make – not what they might possible make in income or arbitrarily be able to increase their income according to their spending.

This truly should have been a key issue in this presidential primary election of 2012 that ties into the issue of limiting government as dictated by the Constitution of the United States. Those that did, like Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich were shunned and made to look ridiculous because they supported the ideas that would perform the drastic reformation required in the federal government. The establishment and its mainstream media don't want the boat rocked.

Too bad.

We must remember the Declaration of Independence and its point-by-point reasons as to why the colonies decided that it was time to break ties with the monarchy in England. Many of the issues apply today, and that is why I have used that important and historical document to write my own declaration that I hope people will read (and maybe add some points) and disseminate so we can start reforming the government from the bottom up. I believe we have much difficulty because we have been trying to reform/change government back to its republic principles and constitutional laws from the top down. Either way, in order for this nation, as a free republic, cannot and will not continue to exist.

The first section in the Declaration of Independence addresses Natural Law (remember that I have tailored this to issues that exist today) :

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to insist that upon the complete reformation of our government, and that if those already in office do not agree, we insist upon their resignation and be replaced who will perform those changes/reforms required in order to meet the standards of constitutional law and return the rights and liberties of the American People of the United states. If they do not conform or resign, than the People have a right to rebel against those that choose not to operate our government For the People and By the People that originated with the unification of the separate states into a union that is the United States of America.

The next section is the famous preamble, which includes the ideology that were the principle parts of the Declaration. It asserts the right of revolution, mentioned by Thomas Jefferson, even as our nation was created (includes my insertion). …

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all humans are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, ⁱthat among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness – That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted by the People, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, – That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter that government, and institute a new and reformed Government that follows the US Constitution as they have sworn when taking office to defend and uphold – Which has been created by the Founders of the United States of America and its Constitution and its amendments; organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety, Liberties, and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has shown that humans are disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a series of abuses and usurpation occur, that will surely lead to Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to demand that such a Government reform itself or suffer the consequences of the wrath of the People.

The next section of the Declaration is from a list of charges against King George III, but this version is against the sitting president of the United States, Barack H. Obama, to include the actions of his predecessors, as well as those presently occupying offices of the legislature and the Supreme Court:

Such has been the patient suffering of the States and its citizens that now requires action against those that constrain the People's right to alter the present System of Government to revert to which the Founder's have wisely and accurately established. The history of the present President of the United States is a history of corruption, trickery, false identity and unconstitutional acts that have usurped the very laws that limit government and provide the rights and liberties established in the Bill of Rights that compromise the amendments to the Constitution of the United States whose purposes with members of Congress have established and are establishing an absolute Tyranny over these States of America. To prove this, let the following Facts be submitted to the world.

The present Government ⁱⁱand many of its predecessors have refused to Assent to Laws that is beneficiary for the public good. The Federal Government has made laws that it does not enforce, such as laws concerning immigration or laws that concern special interest groups. The Supreme Court has not decided decisions based upon constitutional law, but instead either a consensus or from foreign law sources.

The Federal Government, specifically the Supreme Court, has allowed state governments to pass laws against the rights and liberties concerning the Second Amendment and private property rights; while the Federal Government has also violated rights of the People and the State Governments by violating the Fourth, Fifth, and Tenthamendments to the Constitution of the United States.

The Federal Government has allowed and established offices and agencies within the federal entity offices and agencies who have unconstitutional powers, such as the IRS, who do not oblige the liberties of being innocent until proven guilty and whose Tyranny has confiscated assets and property without due process under the Constitution of the United States and the judiciary principles of said established limited powers.

The Federal Government has ignored the pleas of the People and the advice of the best economic minds in the United States to reform the present tax system to either a flat income tax or a flat consumption tax and repeal the intrusive, complex and unfair tax code presently in place; despite promises to do so or examine alternatives with no intentions to change it.

Has refused to reform electoral process in which the media and the political elite, the establishment based in Washington, DC has taken control of the electoral process during election campaigns by not affording ALL candidates the opportunity to be heard by the People or allowed to debate in public forum to present the reason why they fell they qualify as candidates for public office. The said government's judiciary has allowed the media, who claims protection under the First Amendment, who have violated other people's rights and have not served their purpose in disseminating all information in an objective manner to the People.

The Government has inserted earmarks into bills, usually at the last minute, in order to satisfy special interest groups or the wants of certain parties from a congressional members' statement, thereby spending wastefully those funds that have been sanctioned to be used by the People for operating the Government on their behalf.

Has repeatedly usurped the rights of the American people for the purpose of pleasing special interest entities in matters concerning freedom of choice and property rights.

Has taken upon itself the matters of which should be left to the State Governments to decide; thereby gradually evolving into a powerful central government that invades privacy of its citizens and causes Government to oversee more and more aspects of private lives as it grows both in legislative authority and the amount of bureaucratic offices and agencies.

Has allowed illegal immigrants, according to laws passed by said Government, to remain in the United States while law abiding immigrants wait patiently for an opportunity to live, work and become citizens of the United States. In addition, these same illegal immigrants are afforded the rights and benefits of American citizens when they have come to the United States uninvited and illegally to live and work without legal documentation.

Has kept standing armies, navies, air forces and Marines, in times of peace, in foreign nations whose people no longer wish them to be there.

Has sent troops to foreign nations without a declaration of war approved by the majority vote of Congress that is not a national emergency or national security threat that requires immediate attention.

Has appointed judges and justices that do not honor their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, who are bias in certain aspects of law and social conduct, and belong(ed) to a racist-oriented organization demonstrating bias in certain aspects of judiciary argument.

Has, in the office of the President of the United States, put themselves above the rule of law that everyone else is subject to.

Has attempted or succeeded to supplement our legislation with foreign laws that do not apply to the Constitution of the United States and the requirements set forth by the Founders of the United States.

Has treated mass murderers and saboteurs in acts against the People of the United States in its jurisdiction, not as prisoners of war or criminals against humanity, but as common criminals that must be tried in a civil court instead of a military tribunal.

In every stage of these oppressions and some not mentioned here, We the People have petitioned through means of communication as well as peaceful demonstrations and protest which have not been answered except in false promises and trickery.
 Has allowed a cartel of bankers, established in 1910, to produce and control United States currency without congressional oversight, constitutional authority, or Government auditing, named as the Federal Reserve Banking System; and has refused to reform and repeal its separate powers over the economic health of the People of the United States, despite a demand from constitutional and responsible members of Congress. (Ron Paul, as an example, has called for investigation and release of Federal Reserve private power since 1988 - yet, he is made to look like a fool by the media controlled by elite persons within the establishment of our government).

We, the People, therefore, appeal to the Government to address these issues immediately and act upon them judicially, whether in election year or not to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States and respect the rights and liberties of all citizens of the United States of America over any foreign interests or foreign peoples that require assistance or ask for it.

We the People demand action upon these things that have escalated over the decades and steer our nation through the rocky shoals now and the future by honoring and protecting the Constitution of the United States and the rights, liberties, and pursuit of economic recovery by limiting government according to Constitutional law and the rights and liberties afforded in the Bill of Rights that make up the amendments to the Constitution of the United States.
