Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and President Barack Obama's basic contempt for the American people was made official this week by the SCOTUS.
For over two years Pelosi and Obama arrogantly scolded and lectured Americans about the Individual Mandate in Obamacare. Anyone who dared suggest that the Mandate was a tax was denounced, berated, and reprimanded for suggesting this was a tax.
Don't take our word for it. A simple GOOGLE search on this issue shows readers that even the left leaning Politifact found Governor Sarah Palin's statement that Obama lied to be 100% true on their Truth-O-Meter:

Stephanopoulos: That may be, but it’s still a tax increase.
Obama: No. That’s not true, George. The — for us to say that you’ve got to take a responsibility to get health insurance is absolutely not a tax increase. What it’s saying is, is that we’re not going to have other people carrying your burdens for you anymore than the fact that right now everybody in America, just about, has to get auto insurance. Nobody considers that a tax increase. People say to themselves, that is a fair way to make sure that if you hit my car, that I’m not covering all the costs.

Our ruling: Palin is correct that Obama "said (the individual mandate) wasn't a tax." It’s right there in the video. We rate the statement True.
Will ABC News and George Stephanopoulos have the courage to call out President Obama on his blatant, disdainful, and pretentious lie? Probably not.

As Sarah Palin recently pointed out at the Right On Line Conference: It is our duty as engaged citizens to utilize new media and inform the electorate.
We must now answer the call and make sure the American electorate knows about this #ObamaTAX and President Obama's flamboyant lie(s).
In 2008 Candidate Barack Obama pledged not to raise taxes on anyone making less than $250,000:
"And I can make a firm pledge: under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 will see their taxes increase - not your income taxes, not your payroll taxes, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes."
The Senior writer of The Wall Street Journal predicts: 75% of "Obamacare costs" will fall on the backs of hardworking Americans making less than $120,000 per year.
Hmmm...#ReadMyLips, according to the SCOTUS Obamacare is now an #ObamaTAX. Officially. This is no longer an opinion. This is the law, and President Obama just broke a major campaign pledge.
Let's tell everyone.
Now...on to Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi...(#DingBat)
(Bear with us: In order to get to the #DingBat we need to refresh our memories with an #ObamaTAX Timeline to remember how we got here, and how the #DingBat (perfect spokesperson for the radical left) is chiefly responsible for the largest tax increase in History.)
Early in 2010, the Democrats Super Majority in the Senate ended with the Massachusetts Miracle (or The Scott Heard Round the World) election of Senator Scott Brown.
Americans across the Country rose up, worked tirelessly, and sent Scott Brown to the United States Senate to stop the games, and deceptive parliamentary ambushes Democrats were using to shove Obamacare down our throats.
The newly elected Senator Scott Brown was supposed to be the vote against Obamacare. It was precisely this reason that grassroots activists across the Country donated their time and money to make sure he won the special election.
(Since 2010, the Senator has not always voted how we expected him to vote. In several instances his votes have been extremely disapointing to Conservatives; but we must remember the context of the time, the reason he was elected, and the MORE Liberal alternative: Martha Coakley)
News headlines following Browns triumph overwhelmingly agreed:
Is Obamacare Dead?, The Health Care Bill is Dead, and Obamacare R.I.P. - Thank you Scott Brown.
Because of the national outrage against Obamacare (#ObamaTAX) that resulted in Senator Browns surprise victory, the Obama Administration was forced to reevaluate their tactics in passing the bill. Because of the Massachusetts Miracle the Obama Administration had two choices: Start over, or ram the Senate Bill (passed on Christmas Eve) through the House.
According to CBS News, Then Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel "begged" President Obama to scrap the Comprehensive approach to Health Care Reform and instead focus on smaller, gradual pieces of legislation that would:
"pursue a scaled-down plan that would have brought insurance to 10 million Americans and was more likely to attract bipartisan support."

This pragmatic approach to Health Care Reform could have garnered support from both Democrats and Repubicans. Most Americans agree that we do need some sort of Health Care Reform. Portability, TORT reform, and tax breaks for consumers purchasing individual insurance could have been a good starting point for the national discussion on real Health Care Reform.
BUT, Nancy Pelosi refused to compromise. Pelosi made it perfectly clear that she was unwilling to pass anything except a Comprehensive Big Government takeover of the Health Care Industry.
Pelosi even accused Emanuel of being an "incrementalist" trying to pass "Kiddie-Care".
Pelosi's #DingBat declarations sent a clear message to House Democrats that they were expected to fall in line and not to compromise.
Well, as they say...The rest is History. We all know what happened. Pelosi, forced House Democrats to jump off a cliff to get the new #ObamaTAX passed into law. Many of them lost their jobs in the 2010 mid-terms and now Americans are stuck with the largest tax increase in history.
(FORBES: The median U.S. family income is about $50,000. Family health coverage can easily run $20,000 a year — and rising quickly. In that scenario, the coverage mandate is essentially a 40 percent tax on that family, which is now required by law to ensure that every family member has qualifying coverage.
And because the cost of the coverage will be similar even though incomes vary significantly, the lower the income the higher the effective tax rate — in essence, the most regressive tax in U.S. history, too)
What can we do as an engaged citizenry to stop the new #ObamaTAX and bring some sort of sanity to the legislation coming out of Washington DC?
The first thing to do is to talk to everyone you know and make sure they understand what has been done to us:
Obamacare is no longer Obamacare.
We cannot let the #DingBat spokespeople for the radical left get away with their lies anymore. We must be honest, we must speak directly. We have to call a spade a spade.
Calling Obamacare the #ObamaTAX is NOT: Mean Spirited, RAAACIST, or Divisive. It is the law and the SCOTUS just said so.
Obamacare is officially #ObamaTAX per the SCOTUS and President Obama's signature legislation has become a forgery.
If we are to Repeal and Replace this #ObamaTAX with REAL Health Care Reform then we must: Retain the House, and Seize the Senate so that our new President can sign a repeal bill into law.
